Returns
Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept physical returns. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order arrives missing items
• Your order does not arrive
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Photo or video evidence showing the issue
Once the issue has been verified, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund.
Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refundwhere applicable.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we may require a non-delivery certification from the carrier or postal authority before issuing a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
